Every Neptunes Outfitters shirt is printed to order by our production partner after you place your order.

Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time (US): 3–5 business days after production
Typical total: 5–10 business days from order to doorstep

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays and high-volume periods can add a few days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you'd like us to ship somewhere else, email [support@neptunesoutfitters.com] and ask.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and are shown before you pay.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before production begins, usually within a few hours of ordering. Email [support@neptunesoutfitters.com] right away if you need to correct one. Orders returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

Multiple items

Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.
