Returns and Refunds

Every Neptunes Outfitters shirt is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which means we can't restock a returned item. For that reason we don't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, the wrong color choice, or a change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If something is wrong with your order

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item, email us at [support@neptunesoutfitters.com] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and the printed area. We'll replace it or refund you in full, your choice, at no cost to you. You won't need to ship the item back.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you don't have it, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address. You'll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
